Agenda Background 

1. Resolution 2023-3 Approval to Name Additional Signatories for Hickory Point Bank Account
   
   HACC has hired a third-party property management company for our out of county developments. To streamline business activities, we are requesting to add leadership from Bedrock Property Management as signatories for purchases related to the Oakfield Place Development in Henry, IL.
   
   
2. Resolution 2023-4 Approval to Name Additional Signatories for Hickory Point Bank Account
   
   HACC has hired a third-party property management company for our out-of-county developments. To streamline business activities, we are requesting to add leadership from Bedrock Property Management as signatories for purchases related to the Newton Senior Housing in Newton, IL. 
   
   
3. Resolution 2023-5 Approval to Name Additional Signatories for Hickory Point Bank Account
   
   HACC has hired a third-party property management company for our out-of-county developments. To streamline business activities, we are requesting to add leadership from Bedrock Property Management as signatories for purchases related to the Sugar Creek Crossing Development in Robinson, IL. 
   
   
4. Approval of New Administrative Plan
   
   The Housing Authority of Champaign County is requesting approval for the Housing Choice Voucher Administrative plan. The new plan replaces the 2019 Admin Plan and includes various changes related to the effective operation of the MTW HCV Program. Due to the fact that there were significant changes, the plan was posted for public comment for 45 days.
