The Haven at Market Place is a new project under development and expected to break ground in early 2018. This project will consist of 98 age-restricted units in a 3-story building serving individuals age 55 and older. A second building will include 24 one-story apartments for individuals with special needs. The Haven is a RAD transfer of assistance property and will provide Project Based Vouchers for all units. The project is being financed with Tax-Exempt Private Activity Bonds, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit equity, and private mortgage proceeds. All units will be income restricted in accordance with tax credit requirements. It is expected to be placed in service in mid-2019.
